As a Team Leader – E/M Medical Coding, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of coders, ensuring accurate and efficient coding processes. You will also be responsible for problem-solving, communication, and leadership.
📋Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of medical coders, providing guidance and support
Ensure accurate and efficient coding processes, adhering to E/M coding guidelines
Mentor and develop team members to improve coding skills and productivity
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Resolve complex coding issues and provide solutions
🎯Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in E/M coding
Proven team lead or team handling experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of E/M coding guidelines
Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate coding teams
