As an Associate – Medical Record Review, you will play a critical role in providing documentation coverage for healthcare providers.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Medical Record Review: Reviewing medical records in PDF/txt format to extract relevant information and summarise medical facts in professional clinical reports.
Clinical Report Preparation: Preparing accurate and concise summaries of patients’ medical history, including diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.
Collaboration: Working with stakeholders to resolve issues and provide feedback.
Quality Assurance: Maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to account-specific documentation requirements.
🎯Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of relevant medical summarisation experience in the healthcare industry.
Medical Knowledge: Good understanding of medical terminology and medical summarisation.
English Writing Skills: Excellent English professional writing skills, including advanced proficiency in grammar and spelling.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
Qualifications: Any graduate in a related field (BPT, BAMS, BHMS, BDS, B. Pharma, BSc, MSc, Life Sciences).
