🧬About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team at ICON plc. As a key member of our research department development, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collecting and analysing critical data.
🔑Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all activities for setting up and monitoring a study
Complete accurate study status reports and maintain study documentation
Run sponsor-generated queries efficiently and take responsibility for study cost efficiency
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clinical investigators, and site staff
Ensure patient safety by ensuring compliance with procedures, protocols, and regulatory requirements
🎓Requirements:
1-4 years of experience in clinical research or a related field
University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent
Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and the expertise to review and evaluate medical data
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Good social skills and the ability to deal with queries promptly
Ability to travel at least 60% of the time (international and domestic)
