The Clinical Lead Analyst is a critical position that requires strong analytical and project management skills. As a CLA, you’ll be responsible for monitoring clinical deliverables, project performance, and schedule compliance, while identifying and mitigating risks. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are executed according to scope, protocol, and applicable regulations.
✅Key Responsibilities:
Provide analytics, reports, and status updates to the Clinical Lead and clinical team
Support the Clinical Lead in overseeing clinical deliverables and ensuring adherence to project scope, protocol, and regulations
Conduct periodic reviews of project KPIs and share analysis with the team
Monitor site-performance parameters and make recommendations for corrective actions
Evaluate the quality of study processes and support the Clinical Lead in monitoring the quality of conduct
Establish and maintain effective project/site-level communications with stakeholders
Ensure compliance on study databases, such as CTMS, IWRS, and EDC
Support the Clinical Lead in protocol deviation management
✅Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of work experience, with at least 1.5 years of relevant experience in a clinical research organisation or equivalent role
Basic knowledge of applicable research and regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP and local laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Exposure to basic data analysis and reporting
A certification course in Clinical Research is an added advantage
