✅About the Role
As a Clinical Data Specialist (UAT), you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical data. You’ll work closely with our Clinical Data Management (CDM) team to provide efficient and high-quality data management products that meet customer needs. ✅Job Responsibilities
Serve as a Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) for one protocol with less than 5 operations staff or 15+ easy to moderately complex central laboratory studies
Lead database audit teams and conduct data reviews
Write and resolve data clarifications
Develop and test databases and edit specifications
Provide backup support to DOC or Data Team Lead (DTL)
Work in a hybrid mode, with shift timings of 5:00 am – 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity
✅Requirements
2-5 years of experience in clinical data management
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Bachelor’s in Technology
Strong understanding of clinical data management principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team and lead specific data management tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in either of the two shifts (5:00 am – 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm)
