As a Research Associate/Officer in QC Microbiology, you will play a critical role in ensuring the microbiological quality of our products and the cleanliness of our cleanroom environments. You will be responsible for performing routine environmental monitoring, conducting microbial testing, and maintaining accurate and detailed records in accordance with GMP and SOPs.
🔍Key Responsibilities
Perform routine environmental monitoring of classified cleanroom areas, including viable and non-viable air sampling, surface monitoring, and personnel monitoring
Conduct microbiological testing using techniques such as bioburden, bacterial endotoxin testing (BET), sterility testing, and growth promotion testing (GPT)
Prepare and handle microbiological media and maintain accurate and detailed records
Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained, and follow strict aseptic techniques and safety protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
🎓Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field
