TCS is hiring for a Clinical Operations role, and we’re looking for talented professionals to join our team. As a Clinical Operations professional, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical studies.
✅About the Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the study team in various activities, including study start-up, maintenance, and close-out. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with client SOPs, regulatory requirements, and study protocols.
✅Key Responsibilities:
Organise study start-up teleconferences with the study team, as required
Assist in study start-up activities, ensuring compliance with client SOPs and regulatory requirements
Update and maintain study data with accuracy and integrity within client systems
Support the client’s clinical study team in meeting urgent deliverables and ensuring inspection readiness
Assist in study close-out activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs and effective study closure
Compile and generate Clinical Study Report Modular Appendices
Manage and archive essential documents according to the client Sponsor TMF SOP
Ensure process KPIs are met for the study
✅Requirements:
Experience in clinical operations or a related field
Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations and guidelines, including ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a team and prioritise tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and integrity of study data
