🔬About the Role:
As a Research & Development Executive, you will play a critical role in our organisation’s R&D team, contributing to the development of new products and processes. You will work closely with our scientists and engineers to design, develop, and implement new products and technologies. Your responsibilities will include conducting experiments, analysing data, and identifying areas for improvement.
🧪Key Responsibilities:
Conduct experiments and tests to develop new products and processes
Analyse data and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and technologies
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for R&D activities
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
🎓Requirements:
BSc or MSc degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc.)
1-3 years of hands-on R&D or laboratory experience in a chemical company
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
