🧪Job Description
As an Executive in the Analytical team, you will be responsible for:
Leading and executing analytical method development, qualification, and validation for biologics and vaccines
Hands-on testing using analytical platforms such as HPLC/UPLC, Mass Spec, ELISA, SDS-PAGE/Western Blot, UV-Vis, pH, Osmolality, etc.
Overseeing stability studies and raw material/IPC/FP release testing
Reviewing analytical records, reports, and ensuring compliance with cGMP and data integrity requirements
Supporting investigations, deviations, CAPA, and audit responses
Coordinating with R&D, QC, QA, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams for seamless project execution
Facilitating technology transfer and method troubleshooting
Ensuring laboratory safety, training, and operational readiness
🎓Requirements
Master’s degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology or related field
2-5 years of experience in analytical development and testing of biologics and vaccines
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
