💼About the Role:
As a Site Activation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth activation of clinical trial sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
Site Activation: Perform site activation activities in assigned studies for investigative sites, according to applicable regulations, SOPs, and work instructions.
Document Review: Review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy under the guidance of senior staff.
Communication: Inform team members of the completion of regulatory and contractual documents for individual sites.
Document Distribution: Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members.
System Maintenance: Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
🎓 Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Skills:
Good communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Attention to detail
Ability to work on multiple projects
General awareness of the clinical trial environment and drug development process
