🔍About the Role:
As a Safety & PV Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of patients and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
Literature Searches: Conduct systematic and ad-hoc literature searches in global biomedical databases for ICSR identification and safety-relevant information.
Data Entry: Enter information into PVG quality and tracking systems for receipt and tracking of ICSRs as required.
ICSR Processing: Assist in processing ICSRs according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project/program-specific safety plans.
Safety Tracking: Maintain safety tracking for assigned activities and perform literature screening and review for safety.
Quality Review: Ensure all relevant documents are submitted to the Trial Master File (TMF) as per company SOP/Sponsor requirements.
🎓Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in life science, registered nurse, pharmacist, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills:
Safety Database Systems: Knowledge of safety database systems and medical terminology.
Clinical Trial Process: Good understanding of clinical trial process across Phases II-IV and/or post-marketing safety requirements.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
Organisational Skills: Good organisational skills with proven ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks and projects.
