
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Associate (CTA) to join a small sponsor company that specialises in rare diseases. This is a remote opportunity with a duration of contract through the end of the year, with anticipated renewal into 2026.
🧪About the Role
As a Clinical Trial Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the clinical trial team in the management of clinical trials. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Clinical Trial Management: Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials.
Data Management: Ensuring accurate and timely collection of data, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and medical affairs.
🎓Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (life sciences, nursing, or pharmacy).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a CTA at a sponsor or CRO.
🧠Skills:
Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
