Parexel is seeking a highly motivated and organised Program Coordinator to join their team in Hyderabad, India. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting account teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities
Project Coordination: Support account teams in the implementation and management of specified projects within agreed time schedules and budgets.
Project Tracking and Reporting: Maintain and circulate project tracking and status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Project Setup and Management: Set up and maintain accurate project information on all tracking tools, including project codes, status reports, and document naming conventions.
Client Communication: Provide excellent client service, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field (ideally a degree is preferred, but not mandatory).
Experience: Experience in project coordination or a similar role within the medical communications environment would be an advantage.
Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
