🔬 About the Role:
As a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for managing the Affiliate Mailbox, reconciling reports, and performing written follow-up attempts for serious and non-serious cases. You will also create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database.
🧩Key Responsibilities:
Management of Affiliate Mailbox: Manage and reconcile reports per process, and perform written follow-up attempts for serious and non-serious cases.
Case Identification and Data Entry: Create and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database.
Collaboration: Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of pharmacovigilance services.
Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with client guidelines and applicable global regulatory requirements.
🎓Requirements:
Education: Any graduation
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or a related field
Language: Elementary Japanese language skills (JPLT N3 to N5)
