Samahitha is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Trials Assistant (CTA) to join their team in Bengaluru. As a key member of the clinical research team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of clinical trials.

🧩Responsibilities
Trial Master File Management: Maintain and update clinical documents and systems, including the Trial Master File (TMF), to ensure compliance and performance within project timelines.
Clinical Documentation: Assist with the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to standard operating procedures.
Study File Management: Review study files for completeness and assist with tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and clinical data flow.
Communication: Act as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications, correspondence, and associated documentation.
🎓Requirements
Education: Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Effective time management and organisational skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
Awareness of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
