💼Job Description:

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth conduct of clinical trials at our site in Kolkata. Your responsibilities will include:

Study Start-up: Assist in study start-up activities, including site selection, contract management, and regulatory documentation.

Subject Recruitment: Identify and recruit suitable subjects for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with inclusion/exclusion criteria.

Data Management: Collect, record, and manage study data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

 Study Monitoring: Coordinate with study monitors and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

🎓Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field.

Experience: 0-6 months of experience in clinical research (freshers can also apply).

Skills:

    Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

    Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Time management: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

    GCP knowledge: Basic knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
