We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team and play a critical role in monitoring clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the timely execution of study protocols.
🤝About the Role
As a Clinical Research Associate, you will work closely with clinical sites, investigators, and internal teams to ensure high-quality data collection and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Clinical Trial Monitoring: Monitoring ongoing clinical trials to ensure compliance with study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Site Visits: Conducting site visits, including initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
Data Management: Reviewing case report forms (CRFs) and ensuring accurate data collection.
Regulatory Compliance: Supporting regulatory submissions and maintaining essential study documentation.
Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and medical affairs.
🏆 Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
GCP Knowledge: Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial regulations.
Clinical Trial Experience: Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and documentation standards.
Analytical Skills: Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
Preferred Skills
EDC Systems: Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
Pharmacovigilance: Familiarity with pharmacovigilance and safety reporting.
Certification: Certification in clinical research (e.g., ACRP, SOCRA) is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with site staff and investigators.
