Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead a team of HCC coders and ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
Coding Expertise: Provide technical expertise in HCC coding and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Team Management: Manage team performance, provide feedback, and develop team members.
Requirements
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in HCC coding or a related field.
Team Leader Experience: Minimum 2 years of team leader experience.
Certifications: Any certification (e.g., CPC, CRC, CCS).
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HCC coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
