💼About the Role:
As a Technology Transfer professional, you will play a critical role in transferring technology and processes to ensure the seamless execution of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful technology transfer and implementation.
🧪 Key Responsibilities
Support and execute technology transfer activities for OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) formulations.
Collaborate with process development, manufacturing, and quality teams.
Ensure the successful implementation of technology transfer protocols.
Maintain detailed documentation and follow industry best practices.
Troubleshoot technical issues and support continuous process improvement.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education: M. Pharm / B. Pharm degree
Experience: 2–8 years of experience in technology transfer
Freshers Welcome: 2024 and 2025 M. Pharm pass-outs are also eligible to apply
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of technology transfer principles
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently
