📝 Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Trial Disclosure (CTD) & Transparency Document Preparation
You will prepare and submit CTD and CT documents with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and compliance with global regulatory requirements.
2. Managing Clinical Trial Registries
Get hands-on experience with major platforms such as:
- CTIS
- EUDRACT
- US FDA portals
- Other national and international clinical trial registries
You will also be responsible for publishing trial results across these platforms.
3. Database & Transparency Management
Utilise specialised tools like PharmaCM/Disclose to manage, organise, and track clinical trial data effectively.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, sponsors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless communication and timely document submissions.
🎯 Requirements
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you should have:
- 1–3 years of experience in Clinical Trial Disclosure (CTD), CTT, or regulatory medical writing
- Strong knowledge of protocol registration, clinical transparency guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate efficiently across teams
