As a Lab Project Services Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the study team, supporting Project Managers and ensuring smooth execution of projects throughout their entire lifecycle. Your key responsibilities include:
🔧 Study Setup & Planning
- Assisting the Project Manager in study setup.
- Preparing protocol-specific laboratory instruction documents.
- Managing centralised monitoring requirements.
📊 Study Monitoring & Closeout
- Handling routine study tasks such as site loading, Investigator Portal access, and kit shipments.
- Monitoring daily study performance to ensure everything stays on track.
🤝 Communication & Coordination
- Acting as a central point of communication for stakeholders.
- Leading customer communications in the Project Manager’s absence.
- Ensuring timely and clear updates across the team.
📚 Requirements
🎓 Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or any related field (preferred).
💼 Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in clinical, medical, or healthcare industries (preferred).
