📚 Key Responsibilities
🔧 Software Implementation
- Assist in end-to-end software implementation, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
🎓 User Training & Onboarding
- Conduct training sessions to help users understand the software.
- Ensure clients are confident and comfortable with the system.
🤝 Client Relationship Management
- Understand client needs and communicate them to internal teams.
- Provide post-implementation support and address any issues.
📄 Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation for internal and client use.
