📝About the Role:
As a Medical Information Admin Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Information (MI) Enquiry Handling teams and Senior Management. Your responsibilities will include:
General Administrative Duties: Answering the main telephone line, transferring calls, and providing reception cover.
Supporting Filing Clerks: Opening and processing mail, filing, archiving, and checking stationery stocks.
Quality Assurance: Maintaining a good level of quality in all aspects of the job and complying with company SOPs and WIs.
Data Management: Ensuring the confidentiality and security of ProPharma’s data and property.
